Web Mathematics Workshop
The Teacher Institute at the Exploratorium offers Web Science and Mathematics Workshops for teachers in the San Francisco Unified School District. In this workshop we will: make web pages, search the web for lessons and materials, and take and manipulate digital photographs. We'll learn to use computers to support our teaching by actually using them to produce personal web pages.
During the week of Aug14-18 I attended this workshop. There were five other teacher-students and three instructors: Paul Doherty, Dean Muller and Eric Muller. I learned alot from these very kind and patient gentlemen. Mr. Dean Muller and Mr. Doherty made the existence of my web pages possiible. This was an amazing and fruitful week. I look forward to working with these wonderful instructors in the near future. Thank you all so much.
