Hi, it's me! Erainya Neirro

You probably recognize the gorgeous Golden Gate Bridge. San Francisco is my home town now. Lucky me!

This is the Chesapeake Bay. Iwas born and spent my childhood in Annapolis,MD. So,as you can see, I've been fortunate enough to live in beautiful places.

Like many of you who have found this page, I am a teacher, but to find out more about me personally, click on the "Hobbies" icon below.

HOBBIES

My interest in science brought me to the Exploratorium almost ten years ago. I've been part of several Teacher Institutes and have been fortunate enough to work on active evolving projects like SNACKS . Because the Exploratorium is so close to my school, Presidio Hill, I've been able to implement a lot of what I've learned easily with the always friendly assistance of the scientists and educators on staff at the Exploratorium.

To find out more about using the Exploratorium to create a unique science fair in your school, click on the "Exporting the Exploratorium" icon.

EXPORTING THE EXPLORATORIUM

Besides the Exploratorium, there are other great resources like the Lawrence Hall of Science and the Academy of Sciences that I use frequently, but if you don't live in the Bay Area , Here's a cool site that you can visit right on your own computer now which will give you some interesting current science information.. Now, return to the Web Science Workshop Page .
