Course description:
This is a year long course taken in two consecutive semesters.
Students will
participate in the basic
processes of creating photographs; the 35mm/120mm camera,
composition, film development, printing, alternative chemical
prossess, writting about art, various photographic genres, hand
coloring and current trends in modern technology. Learning will be
comprehensive and based on interactive lab techniques. This class has
many safety precautions and students must show individual
responsibility and willingness to explore new ideas.Because of the
large expense involved in materials and chemicals this class will
cost $10.00 dollars per semester. With this supplementary cost
students will receive 2 rolls of film and all the paper and chemistry
necessary for the entire semester.
