HOT SPOT is an exhibit about the formation of real images. Since
mirrors reflect in the infrared as well as the visible wavelengths,
the real image of a hot source feels hot. In this exhibit, the reflector
is a parabolic reflector from a searchlight, and the heat source
is an electric space heater.
