Image in the Eye
IMAGE
IN THE EYE demonstrates how the eye works. A large plastic model
of an eyeball, with an opening representing the cornea and lens,
and a transparent white back representing the retina, is directed
toward a screen. The light from the printing on the screen is focused
by the lens to the retina, and can be seen upside-down and backwards.
The brain creates the visual scene from this image.
