Mix and Match
MIX AND MATCH
emphasizes the fact that the human eye can distinguish very subtle
differences in shading. A computer program allows visitors to pick
a color and then create a match for that color by mixing different
amounts of red, green and blue. A button allows users to check their
color acuity against the actual mixture needed to create the chosen
color. The background color can be changed, showing how color perception
is changed by background. This program has the capability to display
sixteen million different colors.
