Moving the switch handle
to the right, begins to break the circuit created by pressing the
green button. A gap is created that the electricity must jump across.
When the electricity jumps through the air, it makes a bright spark
(just like lightning only smaller). Pulling the switch handle all
the way to the right makes a gap in the circuit that is too wide
for the electricity to jump across, and the three lights go out.
