Sweat Detector

The visitor straps electrodes on two fingers of one hand. An adjustment is made for the person's electrical resistance, and they is then presented with a variety of stimuli to which they can observe their galvanic skin response (GSR). The response is in the form of a small change in the resistance of the skin due to the small amounts of perspiration caused by the stimuli. The response is observed on a meter and heard as a changing tone from a speaker.
