Water Waves
Water Waves shows six examples of standard wave tank experiments including: the interference of two circular waves and of many circular waves, reflection from a parabolic mirror, refraction, and single slit diffraction. Many of the elements of the experiments can be played with and their effect on the various wave patterns observed. The wave patterns illustrate how sound and light behaves.
