S crew the top back on the porcelain fixture. Then put in a 200-watt clear bulb with an axial filament, plug it in, and turn it on. If it doesn't work, unplug it and check your connections, and go back to Step 17 .

STEP 20

N ext, drill ventilation holes into the wood disk. These holes keep the Light Island from getting too hot. Put on your safety glasses . Secure the wood disk with the C-clamp. Using a 1" bit, drill five holes around the fixture.
