Hi! It's me. My name is Heidi Strahm Black. I have taught science in the East Side Union High School District since 1981, and am currently working as a Teacher in Residence at the Exploratorium . As such I have set up this page in hopes that others may get a glimpse of what happens in my classroom, after 10 years of association with the Exploratorium. My emphasis for the past 8 years has been working to incorporate both the scientific and pedagogical ideas learned here into the physics classroom .
