Other Forms of Electromagnetic Radiation- The station is set up with an infrared coil "bulb" and an ultraviolet bulb. Include a piece of paper and a highlighter.

Sources of Light-This station displayes a standard incandescent bulb, a flourescent bulb, a neon bulb, and a laser, alond with instructions regarding safety hazards. Students are simply asked to describe the light coming from each source.

Can You See It ? At this station are placed a sheet of black construction paper, a piece of waxed paper, and a transparency, labeled "opaque", "transluscent", and "transparent", respectively.

Glow in the Dark-At this station students find an ultraviolet light and several flourescent and phosphorescent items-paint, toys, stickers, minerals-and are asked to discover the difference.
