Bike Cycle
An artificial
set of legs, hinged properly and powered by pneumatic muscles,
can pedal a bicycle if the visitor sequences the muscles properly.
This is done by pushing buttons that activate the pneumatic cylinders
(via pneumatic solenoids). It is surprisingly difficult to coordinate
the four muscles into the simple act of pedaling and certainly
gives one an appreciation for the coordination of the human body
and brain.
