Motorists
in search of Rayne, Louisiana get a helping (webbed) hand at the
freeway off-ramp. The Louisiana Department of Transportation wasn't
initially thrilled with the idea of frog-painted embankments.
However, after constant prodding by the Rayne Beautification Board,
they eventually relented.
