Interview with mayor continued:

[What is "froggin' "?]

"Froggin' is when individuals go out into areas that contain more than a normal abundance of water -- a lake or a stream, some rivers that aren't moving real fast, the swamps, the bayous. They go at nighttime and they bring a light that's strapped to their forehead with a sort of headband, and they shine a light into the water. All of a sudden, they'll see a couple of eyes pop up. The light blinds the frogs and they don't move. The people come behind the frogs and grab them by hand, then load them in the boat."
