wanted to take advantage of the web's ability for two-way communication.
With that in mind, the guidebook provided a few opportunities
for users to enter in their own comments about how to make the
exhibit work well, things they noticed about the exhibit ro
its related phenomena or to ask questions about the exhibit.
Their comments automatically became a part of the exhibit pages
for other people to read.
